The renovation achieved an Austin Green Building 4-star rating and was featured in the Austin Energy Cool House Tour 2018 and the Modern Architecture + Design Society’s 2022 Austin Outdoor Living Tour. The remodel was the ultimate in attention to detail and includes custom cabinetry, Bosch appliances, Marvin windows, special standing seam metal roof with airflow capability adding energy efficiency, screened in porch with Texas Azul limestone, iron fencing and large umbrella carport easily used for outdoor gatherings.
